great location but needs some updates

The location is fantastic, right on the beach. The omelette station staff brought warmth to breakfast and were attentive. The outdoor snack bar had better food options compared to the restaurant, especially for lunch.

Serviceable and clean place with attentive staff from the cleaners to the management. Warm drinks and bread, cereal, pastries, fruit, and eggs. Location - incredible, short walk to the Mango Tree restaurant, the Fort directly in front of the resort and grocery store. Also, to enjoy along the beach.

Amazing beachfront location and above average and extravagant breakfast. Extremely comfy bed in premium room with a lovely, small balcony, quiet efficient air-conditioning, and a coffeemaker.

Poolside bar was slow service while waiting.

The location was exceptional, within easy walking distance of Baywalk Shopping Mall. Boutiques and a local store were right next door. The premium twin room was inviting on the balcony😀❤

The check-in process was chaotic and unfriendly, leaving us feeling unwelcome. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, disappointing. We faced numerous issues, like long waits for drinks at the bar and basic amenities not being available.

The resort offers a beautiful beachfront location that allows for easy access to swimming and sunbathing at any time during the day.

Unfortunately, the rooms suffered from serious water issues, including no hot water and decreased water pressure, greatly impacting our overall comfort.

All fine, but dining quality.

The spacious room with a sea view was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the friendly staff, especially at the pool bar, who kept everyone entertained and refreshed. My aunt loved using the snorkeling gear to explore the nearby beach.

My kids wished there were more daily activities for them.

Our week was fantastic, with a spacious room that was super clean and perfect. We loved unwinding at the outdoor pool and taking advantage of the free water sports available. The only downside was the occasional wait for drinks at the bar, but the fun made up for it 🌴

Location on a lovely beach made things great. The Beautiful Ocean View Room was cozy with nice amenities like air conditioning and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Food was good, especially at the outdoor snack bar. There's a spa offering various treatments that was pretty relaxing. Staff helped with excursions outside the hotel and made it all easy.

The beachfront location made it easy to enjoy a swim anytime, while the well-maintained gardens added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. The friendly wait staff, especially Aidan and Akim, enhanced the experience with their attentive service. Unfortunately, there was an issue with noise from nearby nightclubs that disrupted the peace during late hours, and while the food was decent, the wine could use improvement.

Coconuts Bar & Grill is just a stone's throw away, serving up fresh local flavors that are to die for! Our Premium Room had a spacious vibe and comfy bed-ideal for lounging after a long day exploring. Trust me, don't miss the sunsets, they're straight fire.
